Open Gym = Flexible, Fun and Full of Movement

Our Open Gym sessions offer a relaxed, self-directed way to enjoy the gym. With full access to equipment and no structured class, participants can explore movement, practice skills, or simply burn off some energy at their own pace.

What We Focus On

At Under 13 level, players start to understand the game more while still having fun.

We focus on:

  1. Improving basic football skills

  2. Learning teamwork and positioning

  3. Building confidence and resilience

  4. Enjoying training and match days

Development always comes first.



Trainings

We train at the club from 4:30pm on Thursdays

Training sessions are fun, active, and designed for all ability levels.

Players will work on:

  1. Ball control and passing

  2. Small-sided games

  3. Fitness through play

Sessions are led by supportive coaches who encourage every player.

Match Days

Game day is from 9:30am on Satudays

Match days give players the chance to put their training into action.

We encourage:

  1. Fair play and respect

  2. Teamwork and effort

  3. Learning from every game
